It is now possible to browse and place orders online

Given the current situation with the pandemic, which is forcing all of us to remain confined in our homes, everyone needs to rethink how they do things.

This is especially true of businesses, if they hope to survive this health crisis.

In order to be able to keep offering to our customers games, systems and accessories, we will now offer the possibility to place orders with us. The goods can then be handed to you either by delivery, mail, or no-contact pick-up at the store.

More details on how to proceed will be explained below.

You can get your goods either posted to you by mail, or by picking it up at the store (no-contact).

We have now placed online the list of the games we offer in store. (The links are above, in the various menus.)

We try as much as possible to keep that inventory listing up-to-date (we will remove items availability once they are sold out).

All you have to do is contact us to let us know what you are interested in, or if you have any questions. (Links for various ways of contacting us at the bottom of the pages; email, phone, Facebook)

How to navigate the inventory lists

Here are a few screenshots to help understand the navigation and how items are categorized in the lists.

The different videogames systems are listed under the categories in the menu at the top.

Titles with a “1” in front of them are available on our shelves.

Titles with a blank in front of them are currently not available.

Make the payment

A few ways of doing it...

As we favor no-contact methods of payment for now, we kindly ask that you pay for your order electronically.

For the moment, we accept Interac transfers and Paypal. You can also use your store credit if you have any.

We will send you the necessary details you will need for the payment, depending on your choice, when you confirm your order with us.

Get your goodies

The different ways to do so...

Once the payment has been completed, a few choices are available to get your goods.

The three methods we are offering are
sending by mail, and no-contact curbside pick-up.

Sending by mail:
If you prefer to receive your order by mail, it will also be possible to use this method. We will ask for your postal address when we check with you for the payment.

No-contact curbside pick-up:
If you prefer to come get your goods directly, simply let us know. We will plan with you for a time window for the pick-up (to make sure we are indeed at the store at that time, so you don’t travel for nothing.)

Once at the store, we will ask to see an id piece to confirm this is in fact your purchase.
